Frequently Asked Questions

We encourage you as a customer to carefully check your order before completing the purchase, and do not hesitate to contact us with questions about the products.

All our products are handmade, which means that each item is unique. We are constantly developing our products to make them even better, and therefore we hope you will be understanding – or perhaps even appreciate – the small imperfections that sometimes come with handmade items undergoing continuous development. We see them as a reminder of the genuine craftsmanship behind each product. If something is obviously wrong/damaged with an item you have received from us, we refer you to contact us either via the contact form on the website or by email at kontakt@pairedatelier.com and we will do our best to resolve the matter together!

Please note that all products are manufactured in a home environment. There is also a cat in the home, which may be important for people with pet allergies to consider.

Angående skillnaden mellan väska med magnet eller med dragkedja:
Båda modellerna har samma genomarbetade form och en snarlik siluett. En väska med dragkedja blir något lägre på höjden (L1 på produktmall). Skillnaden ligger i stängningen. Varianten med dragkedja har en dragkedja som löper hela vägen upp till väskans övre kant.

Det allra enklaste är att mäta själv, eftersom kroppars proportioner mellan över- och underkropp varierar. Vi rekommenderar att du utgår från produktens måttbild och använder ett måttband – eller ett snöre som du sedan mäter med en linjal om du inte har måttband hemma.

Lägg bandet över kroppen på samma sätt som väskans rem kommer att ligga och justera längden tills väskan hamnar där du vill ha den.

Hur långt ner väskan faktiskt sitter påverkas främst av två saker:

Materialet: Vissa material töjer sig mer än andra. Konstläder töjer sig till exempel väldigt lite, medan tunnare tyger kan ge med sig mer. En fullpackad väska kan därför hänga något längre ner, så ett tips är att välja ett par centimeter kortare än du först tänkt.
Modellens mått (L1): Detta varierar mellan olika väskor och påverkar också hur högt eller lågt väskan sitter.

Obs! Angående tillvalet dragkedja: Om du väljer att lägga till en dragkedja till din MOD-väska kommer vi justera bandet med några centimeter extra för att guiden ovan fortfarande ska gå att användas för dig som kund.

Som referens brukar personer som är omkring 160–175 cm långa föredra ett band mellan 60 och 65 cm.

Bags not sold as MOD products follow the same pricing model but are 100 SEK cheaper.

Design your bag according to your wishes and create a combination that suits you.

We are a trading company and therefore comply with the Distance Contracts Act (DAL) and the Consumer Purchases Act (KKL). You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your item. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it. Return shipping is paid by you as the customer. Once we have received the item back, we will refund the amount within 14 days.

In addition to the right of withdrawal, you have the right to claim an item if it is faulty. You can claim for up to 3 years from the purchase, provided that the fault existed at the time of delivery. In the event of a claim, we primarily have the right to remedy the fault through repair. The repair itself is free of charge, as long as it concerns a fault that occurred during normal use.

This does not apply to damages caused by accidents, incorrect handling, or excessive wear and tear. For further claims, please refer to kontakt@pairedatelier.com.

Delivery

Shipping cost is 59-69 SEK within Sweden.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. You will also be notified when the package is shipped and will then receive a trackable link from PostNord via SMS, email or the app.
Paired Atelier cannot be held responsible for packages lost during transit.

Delivery time:

All orders are shipped within 5 business days.
The delivery time thereafter is normally 1–3 business days in Sweden.

Delivery time for countries outside Sweden is normally 3-5 business days.
MOD products have varying delivery times.

Shipping:

All shipments within Sweden are sent with PostNord and are always trackable.

Washing

We recommend that all our products are cared for according to the instructions on each product page.

Bags: For best durability, we recommend hand washing.
Shirts/blouses: 40 degrees unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Tips for removing creases in faux leather

If your product has developed small creases during shipping, they can be easily remedied:

With a hairdryer

Gently heat the area with a hairdryer.
Stretch the material while it is warm.
Keep the hairdryer at a suitable distance and avoid heating for too long.

With an iron

You can also use an iron, but be very careful as the material can easily burn or melt. Use low heat.
Place baking paper between the iron and the material.
Alternatively: turn the product inside out and gently iron the inside cotton.

⚠️ Warning: Always be careful not to let the synthetic material get too hot.

Other

Never pull loose threads; instead, cut them off.

What is the difference between the bag with a magnetic closure and the one with a zipper?
Both models have the same carefully designed shape and a similar silhouette. The difference lies in the closure. The zippered version has a zipper that does not extend all the way to the top edge of the bag, which results in slightly less packing space. This gives the top a slightly more defined and subtly boxy feel. When the bag is used and filled, it maintains its soft drape.

Can I combine multiple orders?
We always do our best to combine your orders. However, this is only possible if none of the orders have already been packed. Please contact us and we will help you as best we can!

We constantly strive to reduce our environmental impact by contributing to more circular production.

Upcycling and recycled fabrics: We work with recycled fabrics as much as possible, without compromising the expression we strive for. The result is products that are often made from 100% upcycled material, or sometimes a balance between upcycled and new, with a focus on sustainability and design.

Environmentally friendly shipping solutions: We ship our packages with intentionally simple and stripped-down packaging, without a lot of unnecessary material. This way, we reduce waste and climate impact with every delivery.

Small-scale production: We avoid mass production and only manufacture small quantities in line with demand.

Repair over replacement: We encourage long-term use by offering product repair when needed.

Resource-efficient production: We work to minimize waste and use our materials as efficiently as possible.

Unclaimed packages

If you do not collect your package on time and it is returned to us, an administrative fee of SEK 250 will be charged. To get the remaining amount back, contact paired.atelier@outlook.com .

Personal information

When you confirm your order, you agree that Paired Atelier saves your information in order to fulfill your order.
All processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) . Your information will never be sold or passed on to third parties.
