All of our products are handmade, making each piece unique. Small variations may occur and are a natural part of the craftsmanship behind every product.

We continuously develop and refine our products, with a focus on quality, functionality, and durability.

Please note: Our products are made in a home environment where a cat is also present. This may be important to consider if you have a pet allergy.
Returns & Refunds

We are a Swedish trading partnership and comply with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen, DAL) and the Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen, KKL).

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. Return shipping costs are paid by you as the customer.

Please note: MOD products are not eligible for returns.

How Do I Return an Item?

You may choose your preferred shipping method, either tracked or untracked. However, you are responsible for ensuring that the return reaches us.

You are welcome to reuse the original packaging and shipping materials, provided they are still in good condition. We recommend weighing the package before purchasing return postage to ensure the correct weight is entered.

Once we have received and approved your return, we will issue your refund within 14 days.

Complaints & Faulty Products

In addition to your right of withdrawal, you have the right to make a complaint if an item is faulty. You may make a complaint for up to 3 years from the date of purchase, provided that the fault existed at the time of delivery.

In the event of a valid complaint, we have the right to remedy the fault through repair in the first instance. The repair itself is free of charge, provided the issue is the result of a defect arising during normal use.

This does not apply to damage caused by accidents, improper handling, or excessive wear and tear.

Delivery
  • Shipping within Sweden costs SEK 59–69.
  • Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. You will also be notified when your package has been shipped and will receive a tracking link from PostNord via SMS, email, or the app.
  • Paired Atelier cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost during transit.

Delivery Times

  • All orders are usually dispatched within 5 business days.
  • Delivery within Sweden normally takes an additional 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery to countries outside Sweden normally takes 3–5 business days.
  • MOD products have varying delivery times.

Shipping

  • All shipments within Sweden are sent with PostNord and are always trackable.
Care Instructions

Washing

We recommend caring for all our products according to the instructions provided on each individual product page.

  • Bags: For the best durability and longevity, we recommend hand washing.

Tips for Removing Creases from Faux Leather

If your product has developed small creases during shipping, they can usually be removed easily.

Using a Hair Dryer

  • Gently warm the creased area with a hair dryer.
  • Smooth and stretch the material while it is warm.
  • Keep the hair dryer at a safe distance and avoid heating the material for too long.

Using an Iron

  • You can also use an iron, but be very careful, as the material can easily burn or melt. Always use low heat.
  • Place parchment paper between the iron and the material.
  • Alternatively, turn the product inside out and carefully iron the cotton lining from the inside.

⚠️ Warning: Always make sure that synthetic materials do not become too hot.

Other Care Tips

Never pull on loose threads. Carefully trim them with scissors instead.

Can I combine multiple orders?

We always do our best to combine your orders. However, this is only possible if none of the orders have already been packed. Please contact us and we’ll do our best to help!
Terms and Conditions for Purchases from Paired Atelier

Unclaimed Packages

  • If you do not collect your package in time and it is returned to us, an administrative fee of SEK 250 will be charged. To receive a refund of the remaining amount, please contact paired.atelier@outlook.com.

Personal Data

  • When you confirm your order, you consent to Paired Atelier storing the information necessary to process and fulfil your order.
  • All personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties.
